After receiving the purchased product, if you are not completely satisfied, we require contact within 12 Hours of receiving AND Thoroughly INSPECTING the product. No Products will be eligible for a return after the 12 Hour Requirement unless there is a predetermined agreement in place for certain Circumstances.

If any product is returned, it is required to be inspected by Integrity Cues, and upon our satisfaction of the condition, a full refund minus the original shipping will be issued within One Business Day.
